Head Chef & Owner, Roshan has over 35 years of experience in the realm of Indian Cooking.

His journey began from the bustling kitchens of 5-Star hotels in India where he learnt to master this art and opening his own restaurant has allowed him to showcase it in his own style.

Our Story

At Bollywood Spices, we have a passion for bringing the rich tapestry of Indian cuisine to our customers. Our journey began with a dream to share the diverse and authentic flavours of India, and we have been dedicated to that dream since day one.
The Year 2010 was when we first opened our restaurant in North Perth and embarked on the journey of aiming to give Perth the real taste of India. Now opening our family business in Craigie we want to expand and accommodate our customers on a larger scale by offering them a bigger venue to enjoy their dining experience.
We have won the UrbanSpoon (Zomato) award for the top 100 Most Popular Cheap Eats Restaurant in all of Australia and in 2016 we were proud finalists in the Gold Plate Awards for Unlicensed Asian Cuisine.
We have created a menu that celebrates the essence of Indian cooking, from the fiery curries of the north to the fragrant spices of the south. Best indian food ever tasted; superb 👌 delicious and so tasty ,we love this place. All the dishes are very tasty ; well preserved .

Visited this Indian restaurant a few days ago, I always love Indian curries, I ordered the mango chicken and it was really good. But I ordered 4 Naan bread, be honest it tastes a little worse than I’ve had. I am sorry. But I still ordered takeaway for one more Mango Chicken and one more naan for my next lunch.

My partner and I had dinner here and the service was very good and friendly. The food was delicious! Best curry I have had! We had the Samosas, chicken Korma, beef vindaloo and Naan. Great quality and very flavourful. Highly recommend 🙂

Lovely Indian restaurant. Friendly staff and fast service. Food was really tasty and flavoursome. The fish hyderabadi melted in your mouth, the chicken Malabar was full of flavour and the lamb seekh massala ( the first time we've ever seen this on a menu) was amazing. The meat portions in all 3 were very generous. Tha plain naan was lovely and fluffy and not greasy, the tandoori roti was also not greasy. Loved the homemade kulfee and gulab jamun. We would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Have been ordering food from here for a good while & have to say everything is utterly delicious and the staff friendly , working my way through their menu and it's an utter delight, tried their Bombay Chicken & their matter masala Pulao with a Garlic nan and Riata and also their masala chips ( my weakness 😋) it was also a busy night and the food was just heavenly ...these people know how to cook!!

I was impressed. I’m not sure if this is authentic but the food was amazing and they consistently have very loyal customers over the years from what I heard. They may move soon. Our food was spectacular and the staff was very friendly. We will be back and follow wherever they go. Price very reasonable. Highly recommended.
